The motel is conveniently situated in a central area, near Dunedin and the airport. the rooms come equipped with full cooking appliances, which we really appreciated. - Eating facilities and a supermarket are conveniently located just across the road.

Tbh, had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights. Everything was lovely, I enjoyed my stay. The location was handy, within easy walking distance of Big Mosgiel Sign.

The staff is pleasant here, the services are excellent, and location is favourable close enough to the town centre and shops and restaurants nearby and Taxi. This hotel offers huge and spotless rooms with comfortable bed and excellent heater, as example. The rate is US$ 159, satisfied.

The location here is great, being close to a grocery store and convenient for walking.

I recently stayed at the Regency Motel in Mosgiel for a swim meet with my team. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the rooms were spacious. The supermarket across the road was very handy. The motel is in a quiet location and the room was set up with an excellent heater. The shower had plenty of hot water and there was good parking available. a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this motel! the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen. the staff went above and beyond, taking care of tasks like trash removal and towel changes while we were out. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store just across the street. As guests with disabilities, the motel had the necessary facilities and amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.
